Xiaomi has recently unveiled the highly anticipated 2024 RedmiBook 16, now open for pre-orders on Xiaomi Youpin with an attractive price tag of $475 for the 16/512GB variant and $500 for the 16GB/1TB configuration.
The RedmiBook 16 2024 boasts a spacious 16-inch display featuring a crisp resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, an impressive 120 Hz frame rate, and a maximum brightness of 400 cd/sq.m. Ensuring vibrant and accurate colors, the screen covers 100% of the sRGB color space. Noteworthy certifications include Rheinland's recognition for low blue light and flicker-free performance, enhancing the overall viewing experience for users.
Presenting a laptop encased in an all-metal body, measuring approximately 15.9 mm in thickness and weighing about 1.63 kg. This device features a robust 56 Wh battery complemented by a 100 W GaN adapter. Remarkably, it delivers an impressive 14 hours of local 1080P video playback. The laptop comes equipped with four microphones, two speakers, and supports both Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision technologies.
Powering this machine is the formidable 12th generation Intel Core i5-12450H processor. Notably, an updated version was introduced in November, featuring the Core i5-13500H, with pricing ranging from $615 to $655 depending on the chosen memory configuration.
