This edition is making history as it will be co-hosted by the West Indies and the United States of America, running from June 1 to June 29, 2024. Kicking off the tournament, USA will face Canada in the opening match. Notably, this marks a groundbreaking moment as it is the first time an ICC World Cup will showcase matches on U.S. soil. With 55 matches spread across 9 venues, cricket fans are in for an exciting tournament experience.

The upcoming T20 World Cup in 2024 is getting a major upgrade, featuring 20 national teams competing, a boost from the previous 16. The teams will start in four groups of five, and the top two from each group will move on to the Super 8 stage.
For the first and second-seeded teams in the initial round, their rankings will carry into the Super Eight if they qualify. The Super Eight matches are set to take place in some fantastic Caribbean destinations such as Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
From the Super Eight, the top two teams in each group will make their way to the semi-finals, slated for June 26 in Guyana and June 27 in Trinidad and Tobago. The grand finale is scheduled for June 29 at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.
